Musician friends, make sure you promote your concerts and sell plenty of T-shirts. Nobody buys music anymore.

A cool six-part blog post that is really interesting about this. It's a bit dated, but interesting how digital media is changing the music industry.

well, looks like we're still significantly above the days of cassettes (I know you remember those days too!) I wonder also where the stats came from and if they included the options of buying digitally directly from the musician.
